there's only a Dutch message on the Floriade website (http://www.floriade.nl/nieuws/concert-bosshoss-afgelast). It says that if you bought tickets online, the money for the tickets plus service costs will be wired back to the buyer within 2 weeks by their partner Ticketsplus. You don't have to do anything for this, it'll happen automatically. The e-ticket can no longer be used to visit the Floriade on Aug 18, so if you still want to visit the Floriade you need to buy a new ticket. If you bought a ticket for The BossHoss at the box office of the Floriade, please contact them per email: tickets@floriade.nl
